Do you want to be independent of the shore, but with sufficient capacity to quickly recharge the batteries?

The solution is to install a Bosch Marine 12 or 24V alternator. Depending on your battery setup and the options provided by the propulsion engine, you can produce up to 3kW of electrical power. In conjunction with an inverter this output can be converted to AC (Bosch alternator + inverter = 240V generator). This is easily the most economic way to have extra onboard (charge) capacity and an excellent alternative to a costly AC generator set.
