Yes, we do the 45deg bends (KMD16-040) - they are also stainless. Also remember that adding in bends lessens the efficiency of the unit.
Yes, use a cast iron type (KMD16-011) for best results as this gives you a more controlled burn.
We have a proper through deck fitting (KMD16-050) that comes with the dress ring.
We have a choice of 3 caps - either the DP, H or Clover. These are all removeable and can be blanked off with a rain lid
No, you need to have some kind of heat proof material first. Then you can use tiles or stainless sheet ontop. Remember to continue behind the flue!
To prevent you touching the flue we have a flue guard (KMD16-030) These are sold in 22" lenghts also.
