If you have a product that needs returning to Kuranda that you beleive to be faulty then you must first register (or log-on if an existing user) and complete a simple returns form that is located in the top menu bar (RMA) and is only visible once you have logged on.

Please help us by including the following plus any other useful information. - Make - eg Wallas
- Model eg 85DU Hob
- Fault eg Starts up then shuts down when hot
- Serial Number
On
completion you will be issued an RMA tracking number. An email will be automatically sent to us to advise that a unit will be in transit from you. You can then
arrange to return the item and check on its progress at any time by
logging into your account. We will record the date we recieved the unit and keep a listing of the history/progess on the RMA ticket system.
