If you are a boater then you will know all about the dangers of GAS onboard. But you still need to cook - so what are the options? If you use an electric hob then you need a second mortgage to power it. You will certainly need a good generator and battery bank and that all adds up. You could opt for a "spirit" type burner but then you are going into yet another fuel. You mostly carry gallons and gallons of the red stuff so surely its better to stick with it. Think about it - you fill up you boat and thats it, no more messing about lugging gas bottles and changing fittings over - makes sense!
