Return of Goods - New Ticket System Print E-mail

If you have an item to return to Kuranda for testing or a warranty repair then please use our Ticket system.

To use this system, you will have to Login or Register if you are a new user. Then click the "Returns" link at the top of the page. You then simply follow the form through to the end providing as much information as you can and Submit the Ticket. This starts off the process which enables full trace on the item being returned. You will be able to then carefully return the item to us ensuring that it is very well wrapped/packed and where possible - insured.

Once we receive the item we will update the Ticket to let you know that we have received it. We can then carry out the neccesary check/repair and keep you informed by updating the Ticket. You can also login to check the process at any time.
