The 40D has two warm air outlets, each of these can be fitted with warm air tubes up to 8 meters long and can have an second outlet branched from them offering four outlets in total. The 40D can be operated using the standard control panel offering indication lights giving status and simple diagnostics, a heat-vent and off switch and steeples power adjustment. The more advanced option is the Info Control Panel this offers a once on and off timer, cabin thermostat power and fuel consumption, operating hours, operating status, service advice and battery voltage etc. This heater is ideal installation within the engine compartment because it pulls the air to be heated through two inlet pipes that can be ducted from within the cabin space that is been heated.
