SHOPPING INFORMATION
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the item you are ordering and are added to your order at checkout.
For items in stock we can offer a next day delivery to Mainland UK for orders placed before 12.00pm. Most items are shipped for next day delivery with DPD or heavy items on pallets which can take 2-3 days. We can confirm this when you order.
All items sent by UK Standard post are issued by First Class Royal Mail and usually received within 1-2 working days. Please note that any orders received after 12.00pm on a Friday will not be shipped until Monday morning. (except bank holidays)
Our eEcommerce site will issue an invoice instantly but we also send you an invoice out with your goods.
If your package won’t fit through the letterbox, Royal Mail will attempt delivery of your item to one of your neighbours and they will post a ‘Something for you’ card through your letterbox telling you this.
For larger items we will ship via DPD. If you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive a text to confirm your delivery details. If this is not convenient you can use the dashboard to change your delivery date, collect from your nearest DPD Pickup Shop, deliver to your preferred neighbour or arrange to have your order delivered to a safe place at your home.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
You can pay with most credit/debit cards using our secure sever – Worldpay. Just enter the details when prompted on check out. We can also take payment over the telephone , or you can send a bank payment , whichever is easier for you.
You can return a stock item to us using Royal Mail or a courier of your choice. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and packed securely. Once we have received and checked the item we will refund your item (less any original shipping costs) by the same method it was paid for. You can return an item up to 14 days from date of purchase.
Please note that we may not be able to accept returns on a product that was supplied as a special order item.
